Abstract

This research investigates how risk management, quality management, and stakeholder management collectively impact the successful execution of construction projects in Myanmar. It further highlights the critical role of leadership styles in facilitating this developmental process. The research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing structured surveys administered to project managers and essential stakeholders in the construction industry to collect pertinent data. The findings indicate that risk, quality, and stakeholder management techniques substantially enhance project success. These are further bolstered by transformational, transactional, and servant leadership approaches. The primary concerns of the study project delays, budget overruns, and quality deficiencies exhibit commonality among the Myanmar construction sector. The results provide actionable recommendations that encompass integrated management techniques and leadership development to enhance project outcomes. These findings provide immediate, relevant information for practitioners and enlighten policymakers on promoting sustainable growth in the business.
